For St. Josephs, our goal was to improve the performance of a large, multi-section roof that had developed wear from constant exposure. We reinforced the roof with a durable sealant system, replaced compromised sections, and improved water drainage across the structure. This project greatly reduces the risk of leaks, improves overall energy management, and ensures the institution has a reliable roofing system capable of supporting its long-term operational needs.
