This project began with a detailed inspection of the commercial roof to identify early signs of degradation around seams, HVAC penetrations, and drainage pathways. Following the assessment, we executed a thorough restoration that included surface prep, targeted repairs, and installation of a high-quality protective membrane. The upgraded system improves resistance to UV damage, standing water, and mechanical wear from rooftop equipment. The result is a more reliable and energy-efficient roof designed for long-term commercial performance.
